Leonard A. Partin (aka Len Partin) is an active real estate associate broker with Bolte Real Estate Company.
Fom September 1976 until October 2019 was co-owner and broker of Jack Bradley Realty Company, a local real estate company successfully operating in Ottawa and Sandusky Counties and the Islands.

Partin graduated from Missouri School of Auctioneers and became a licensed auctioneer in State of Ohio. June 1996 Leonard A. Partin finished the courses and earned the C.R.B., Certified Residential Brokers, designation from the Realtor’s National Marketing Institute. March 1998, Leonard A. Partin completed the classes and requirements to earn and received his C.A.I. designation from the Auction Marketing Institute, Overland Park Kansas.
Ohio Association of Realtors; Leonard A. Partin was presented the forty year service award. 2019 Len received O.A.R.'s Award of Excellence Award ($5,000,000.00 in real estate sales volume). 2010 Len received O.A.R.'s Pinnacle of Performance Award ($7,500,000.00 in real estate sales volume from June 2009 to July 2010). Len was the only member of Fireland's Board of Realtors to receive the 2010 award. Additionally Len is recipient of 2014 “Award of Excellence”, 2013 recipient of OAR's "Award of Distinction". Len was O.A.R.’s 2014-16 District 2 Vice President, and has also served on many Ohio Association Realtor's committees including; 2014 Member of Executive Committee, 2008 Chairman Strategic Planning Committee, 2006 Chairman Second & Resort Home Forum, 2003 & 2008 Chairman of Auction Committee. Len has also served on O.A.R. special task force committees. Len is also an Ohio Association of Realtors R.P.A.C. Sterling, and Life Member.
Fireland’s Association of Realtors recognition include Director 1998-2003 and 2008-2010, 2002 & 2009 Board President, Chairman Second Home and Resort Committee 2006 & 2007, 2001 & 2007 Chairperson Auction Committee, 1999 recipient of the Fireland’s CEO’s Award, 2003 "Realtor of the Year". In 2006 Len was inducted into Fireland's Hall of Fame. Prior to Fireland’s Association of Realtors membership Len was President, Director, and Trustee Ottawa County Board of Realtors. Additionally Len was chairman of many committees including professional standards, finance, and community service. Plus Ottawa County Board of Realtor's 1989 Realtor of the Year.
Leonard A. Partin has attended many National Associations of Realtors annual and mid year conferences. Particpated in many legislative visits to the National and State Capital advocating for property rights.
Development activity Len has been or is a principal in the development of many local developments:
Leonard A. Partin has been or is a principal in the purchase and renovation of many commercial buildings.
Len has also assisted developers in the creation of "Waterfronts Condominiums, The Shores Condominiums, and Parcel's Post Marine Condominiums. Len has assisted in establishing the marketing program for several developments including Eastpoint Condominiums, the Legend's, Falling Waters, Marsh’s Edge, and Catawba Bay. Presently working on Wineside Residences at Mon Ami with owner John Kronberg.
Len has established a working relationship with many local attorneys including Linda Kroeger Baum, John Coppeler, John Kocher, Rich Gillum, Jim Barney, John Klaehn, Allen and Pam McClean, Gary Kohli, Amada Kryston, Ron Miley, and Jeffrey Roth.
Len has endeavored to establish and maintain high standards of professional conduct and integrity through continuing education and being an active member of the Realtor’s trade association. For more than forty years he has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors. Locally he has been a member of the Toledo Board of Realtors, and Ottawa County Board of Realtors, and presently a member of the Fireland’s Board of Realtors. During the past thirty years Len has served the Realtor’s trade association as a member or chairperson at the local, state and national level.
