About Me

Len Partin is an active real estate associate broker with Bolte Real Estate.  Until October 2019 was co-owner and broker of Jack Bradley Realty Company, a local real estate company successfully operating in Ottawa and Sandusky Counties since 1976.

Len Partin CRB. CAI,  licensed real sales person 1970,  licensed broker 1974, licensed auctioneer, 1991.  Using both the traditional marketing methods and an accelerated markeitng method Len has sucessfully helped hundreds of buyers and seller.

As a REALTOR Len was an active leader at the local, state and national levels.  Len has received many Ohio Association Realtor's annual production awards; Pinnacle of Performance Award ($7,500,000.00 in real estate sales volume, Award of Excellence Award ($5,000,000.00 in real estate sales volume),  plus many Awards of Distinction.  Len is also an Ohio Association of Realtors R.P.A.C. Sterling, and Life Member.

Len has endeavored to establish and maintain high standards of professional conduct and integrity through continuing education and being an active member of the Realtor’s trade association.  For more than forty years he has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors. Locally he has been a member of the Toledo Board of Realtors, and Ottawa County Board of Realtors, and presently a member of the Fireland’s Board of Realtors.  During the past thirty years Len has served the Realtor’s trade association as a member, officer, and chairperson at the local, state and national level.
