Until October 2019 was co-owner and broker of Jack Bradley Realty Company, a local real estate company successfully operating in Ottawa, and Sandusky Counties including the Bass Islands since 1976. Len has been an industry leader; O.A.R.’s District1 2 Vice President, Member of Executive Committee, and served on many State and National committees. As a Local Board hall of fame member Len is a two time Realtor of the Year, two time president, chaired and member of many committees. Len is also a Sterling and Life Member of the REATOR’s R.P.A.C. Len and Glenda have participated in many legislative visits to the National and State Capital advocating for property ownership rights.

Len is married to Glenda Ward, also a licensed REALTOR. Len and Glenda have four children and ten grandchildren.
